Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data. We verify identity, erase what we can, and retain only what the law requires.

What will be erased

  • Profile data: name, mobile number, email, PAN(where provided)
  • KYC snapshots: verification artifacts and status
  • App data: device identifiers, cookies/analytics IDs, marketing preferences
  • Loan application traces: applications you didn’t proceed with, draft states
